Chelsea star Cole Palmer has been award the England Men’s Player of the Year 2023/24. Cole Palmer has had a very create season at both his club, Chelsea and international team, England.
After the vote, Cole won previous winner Bukayo Saka and Madrid’s super star Jude Bellingham to earn the England Men’s Player of the Year 2023/24due to his great performance in the last season.

Cole Palmer's Breakthrough Season at Chelsea
After Cole Palmer left Manchester city, he was determined to show his great potential in Chelsea. He left City because he did not get enough game time due to high competition from Haaland.
And after enough game time at Chelsea, Cole made 46 appearances scored 25 goals and provided 15 assists for the Blues and also was awarded the best player of the season for Chelsea which was a great achievement for him. His great performances also earned him a spot at the international time as he was called to the team for the first time.
Cole Palmer's England Debut and Euro 2024 Success
Palmer made his senior debut on 17th November 2023 in match 2-0 England win against Malta in a game England completely dominated with a 72 % possession and 11 shots to the goal.
Cole Palmer’s performances enabled England to reach the Euro finals last year for he provided the assist to Ollie Watkins who scored during the win 2-1 win against the Netherlands in the Euro semifinals.

Cole Palmer was awarded Player of the year by the English Football Association announced on Tuesday and the award was handed to him by his former Manchester City teammate, John Stones.

What’s next for Cole Palmer?
Palmer is expected is set to play the next Nations League games against Greece and Finland in October. And after the international break, he will face a big match ahead between Chelsea and Liverpool on Sunday 20th of October.
Cole still has a big way to go as he will have to prove himself to Lee Carsley (who has been appointed interim head coach of England senior team) in order to appear in Nations League games as first team player.
